I know this change is a little hard on some, but I truly think the larger combined allegiance will be a whole lot more fun for everyone.

We do want to get the mansion squared away, and we have a few people working on getting a caretaker to keep it.

Nania has graciously agreed to take on the role of officer in the Knights of Fortune. I know she'll do an excellent job. This does mean she is the one to go to if you feel Gustaive and/or the pre-merge Knights are giving you trouble. I don't think there will be problems. They are as committed to a drama-free environment as we are, and I would not have considered the move if they were not.

The important thing here, however, is that everyone has a whole lot more cool people to hang out with. Again, I think that people are going to have so much fun that it'll feel natural in no time.

As for myself, well, most of you have noticed I'm not playing much except to try to get the allegiance squared away and prepared for my absence. I'm not deleting my characters, I'm not giving away all my stuff, but I don't expect to be active again in the near future. But if issues arise and I need to come in and kick some butt on behalf of you guys, I won't hesitate to do so.

The Knights of Fortune Website is at www.fortunesway.com. You will need to register to use the boards, but they are pretty good about getting people up and running quickly. Feel free to continue to use this board if you have something to say intended for the more limited audience, but I expect fewer and fewer people will use this forum over time.

Thank you all for making the Bats the amazing experience it's been. I wouldn't change a day of the last 6 years. Keep fighting the good fight and most importantly, keep having fun!
